• Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and hold a current drivers license
• Number of persons on board must not exceed 12 (by Maritime Regulations)
• Boarding time is at 3.00pm and disembarking time is 10.00am unless other prior arrangements made (late returns @ $25 per half hour)
• No pets, firearms, axes, chain saws, loose fuel, trail bikes or alike permitted aboard
• Full instructions to be given on the operation and driving of the craft
• Booking deposits: $400 payable within 7 days of reservation to confirm booking
• Balance of hire charge: to be paid a minimum of 6 weeks prior to departure date
• Security Bond: $600 cash payable at time of departure
• Fuel is the hirers expense, craft are full on departure and are refuelled on return
• Fuel, oil and phone costs will be deducted from your security bond. The bond will be repaid at the end of your trip if craft is returned on time and in a good clean condition. In cases where damages have been done the security bond will be repaid after deducting the above expenses and damages within 14 days. If more money is owed than the security bond the person booking will be responsible for that debt. Damaged or lost items must be paid at replacement cost.
• Craft condition: We agree to have the craft in good working order but will not be obliged to compensate the hirers for any loss of time or misfortune due to mechanical failure
• Navigation: Strictly forbidden at night. Call outs charged according to negligence.
• Cancellation fee: $100. In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks from hire date we reserve the right not to refund deposits subject to being able to re-hire the boat.
